The exhibition "Made in Steel 2017" was held on May 17-19, 2017 in Milan, Italy. PJSC "Dneprospetsstal" took part in this event as an exhibitor for the second time.

Made in Steel is one of the largest metallurgical exhibitions in Southern Europe. A biennial event brings together under the same roof key players in the steel industry - from manufacturers to buyers.

Every year the exhibition is gaining popularity and continues to expand. In 2017, the number of participants and visitors increased by 15%. More than 350 companies from Europe, CIS, Near and Far East became exhibitors of the event.

The exhibition Made in Steel 2017 was visited by more than 25 thousand people. Among the participants and visitors were representatives of metallurgical and machine building enterprises, pipe and metal-ware factories, manufacturers of metal structures, metal trading companies.

Within the framework of the exhibition a lot of conferences, forums and round tables were held, where various aspects of development of the metallurgical industry were discussed. This format of events is an ideal balance between business and debate, which facilitates the exchange of experience and successful development of companies in the industrial sector.

Dneprospetsstal was represented at the exhibition by First Deputy Chairman of the Board - Director for Finance and Economy Sergei Kiyko, Deputy Technical Director (for technology) Igor Logozinsky, Sales Director (Far abroad) Konstantin Moroshkin, Sales Manager in Europe Mikhail Simonovich, as well as foreign Dneprospetsstal’s agents From Swiss, Italian and German offices.

Participation in Made in Steel 2017 allowed establishing new business contacts, obtaining information about the market, studying the business activity of competitors, introducing products and developing price policy. At the exhibition stand of the enterprise the plant's products were presented. In addition to the scheduled meetings with large customers that were held every hour, meetings were also held with potential clients from Western and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and the Far East.

Participation in the exhibition strengthened the image of our company, enabled us to conclude new partnerships, and will become the next step in promoting our products in Italy and other European countries.
